4. Turn on the floating oil removal device (except without floating oil removal device) to start floating oil removal. At this time, the water pump is still on, the water surface is calm, and the oil removal effect is best. After the floating oil is basically removed, stop removing the oil. The oil removal is done during the lunch break.

Daily operation and maintance for glass cleaning machine

In the use of glass machinery, correct use and timely maintenance can improve the production efficiency of the product and extend the service life of the machinery. In the daily use of glass cleaning machine, several small details are worth noting:

First, the glass cleaning machine is controlled by buttons, so pay attention to turning on the blower first and then the heater. Turn off the heater first and then the blower. The operation sequence must not be changed. When the machine stops, the speed regulator should be reset to zero to avoid unnecessary trouble. During the operation of the sub-machine, do not touch the emergency stop button at will. It can only be used in an emergency.

In addition, pay attention to the glass discharge of the glass washing machine, because its glass discharge has a certain limit. The change of glass sheets thickness and the height of the wind knife should also be adjusted in time to avoid unnecessary damage accidents.

Finally, the water level of the glass washing machine should be controlled between 200-250mm, and water should be added at the low level, which cannot exceed this range.
