How to choose a glass washing machine

Introduction to the application of glass washing machines and several cleaning methods

We know that glass washing machines are one of the important machines in the production and processing of glass products. They are special equipment for cleaning and drying the glass surface before deep processing such as mirror making, vacuum laminated glass, tempering glass, hot bending, insulating glass, etc.

Glass washing machines are mainly composed of transmission systems, brushing, clean water rinsing, pure water rinsing, cold and hot air drying, and electronic control systems. According to user needs, medium and large glass washing machines are also equipped with manual (pneumatic) glass flip trolleys and inspection light sources and other systems.

According to the structural type of glass washing machine, there are three types:

1. Brush cleaning type, after the flat glass is placed on the glass washing machine, the glass is carried by the transmission roller into the brushing room, brushed by the brush sprayed with water, and then enters the rinsing room, rinsed with pure water, and then enters the air drying room to completely peel off the water film with a special high-pressure fan to achieve a dry and clean cleaning effect. This type of glass cleaning machine is characterized by power saving, but noisy.

2. Brush cleaning type II, after the flat glass is placed on the glass washing machine, the glass is carried by the transmission roller into the cleaning room, cleaned by the brush sprayed with water, and then enters the rinsing room, rinsed with pure water, blown with a breeze, and coupled with an electric drying system, a dry and clean cleaning effect is achieved, characterized by high power consumption and low noise.

3. Ultrasonic cleaning, mainly composed of the following components: cleaning tank, made of stainless steel for holding the workpiece to be washed, and equipped with heating and temperature control devices. The ultrasonic transducer is bonded to the bottom of the cleaning tank, and the transducer converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.
